Trevor Kiruki

Trevor Kiruki is an Associate in the Corporate and Commercial Department at Bowmans in Nairobi, specialising in mergers and acquisitions, private equity, and corporate restructuring. He advises clients on share and asset transfers, regulatory compliance, employment law, and corporate governance across a wide range of industries.

Trevor has advised Mawingu Networks Limited on the strategic issuance of Series A and Series B convertible preference shares; Savannah Cement Limited on the transfer of its business and assets to an investor; Africinvest on the sale and acquisition of equity interests in AutoXpress International Ltd; TransGlobal Cargo on the divestment of the company's business and assets; and Medsource Group Limited on the liquidation and winding up of business operations. He has also advised Centum Investment Company Plc on corporate and transactional matters, including share sales and acquisitions, divestment of assets, corporate reorganisations, and mezzanine financing arrangements. He has extensive experience in drafting, restating, and reviewing shareholder agreements, corporate filings, and governance arrangements, as well as advising on employment law matters including termination, redundancy processes, and compliance with labour and workplace regulations.

Trevor holds an LL.B from the University of Nairobi and a Postgraduate Diploma from the Kenya School of Law. He is a member of the Law Society of Kenya.
