Nduta Muhindi

Nduta Muhindi is an Associate at Bowmans in Nairobi, specialising in mergers and acquisitions, corporate advisory, and ESG and regulatory compliance. She has experience with entity set-up options, navigating compliance requirements for regulated and unregulated entities, as well as advising charities and non-profit organisations on establishing and maintaining effective governance structures.

She has advised Rhino Range Expansion Kenya on grant, collaboration, and funding agreements for rhino conservation; a venture capital firm on establishing a legal entity in Kenya; a high-net-worth family on estate planning including wills and trusts; Texas A&M University on establishing a for-profit legal entity in Kenya; and a fintech company on regulatory matters relating to cryptocurrencies and financial sector regulation. She has also assisted with employment matters, including drafting employment contracts and advising on employee onboarding.
