Victor Sang

Victor Sang is an Associate in the Corporate, Commercial and Real Estate Team at Dentons Hamilton Harrison & Mathews, specialising in banking and finance, real estate, and regulatory compliance. He advises clients on business set-up, due diligence, real estate conveyancing, and a wide range of corporate and commercial matters.

Victor has assisted in advising a commercial bank on facilities of US$1.6 million advanced to a leading construction company in Kenya; undertaken legal due diligence on a microfinance bank for a leading commercial bank to provide a guarantee of US$1.6 million to a foreign energy investor; advised a leading developer on land purchase and swap transactions and preparation of long‑term leases; and advised on the legal, regulatory, and operational requirements for providing IT services in Kenya, including data protection compliance, licensing, and operational requirements. He has also advised on the legal position of cryptocurrencies and requirements for money transfers and crypto transactions in Kenya, and assisted clients in setting up companies and incorporating Special Purpose Vehicles.

Victor holds an LL.B from Kenyatta University (2018) and a Postgraduate Diploma from the Kenya School of Law (2019). He is an Advocate of the High Court of Kenya and a member of the Law Society of Kenya.
